How It Works:
Step 1: Book your visit.
Choose between a Standard, Plus or Virtual Visit. To get the full benefits of the rebate program select the Plus Visit.
Step 2: Connect with your energy advisor and verify your rebate eligibility.
If you choose to, before your visit, an energy advisor will reach out to discuss your priorities, concerns and rebate eligibility to help you determine the best next steps for you. Depending on your eligibility, 50-100% of your upgrade costs could be covered.1
Step 3: Complete your visit.
The services provided vary by the type of visit selected – see table below for more information.
Step 4: Start your energy upgrades.
After your visit, you can choose to have our team help guide you through the next steps, including connecting you with contractors and managing the installation process of upgrades identified during your visit.

Income Qualified Home Energy Squad Plus Visit
This is our most comprehensive offering, and it’s completely free for eligible customers. During this visit, you’ll receive both energy-saving installations and a full Home Energy Audit, plus expert support if you are interested in moving to the next step. Choose this visit to access deeper rebates for your home.
Income Qualified Home Energy Squad Standard Visit
Our Energy Technicians come to your home, assess your home for opportunities to install energy-savings items, and install any eligible items included in the program.
Income Qualified Home Energy Squad Virtual Visit
Use your smart device to connect with one of our Energy Technicians and receive a custom kit of energy-saving items as well as a summary report of recommendations.
