Note: Services depend on your home and Xcel Energy utility type. Some restrictions apply (e.g., weather-stripping can’t be installed on French doors).
- Be an Xcel Energy residential customer in Colorado

- Have your own electric and/or gas utility account
- Self-attest as income qualified (additional verification needed for upgrade rebates)
